What does your business do?
We are a new training provider based in North East Durham providing training in Business, Customer Care, Team Leading, Management and Logistics.
What’s your biggest success/ achievement of the past year?
Our biggest success has been being part of a Logistics and Transport work academy to help the unemployed back into work. It has been so rewarding helping these learners find full time employment.
What’s been the best part of the Digital Drive programme for you so far?
Digital Drive helped us when we first started up, almost a year ago. They provided a really comprehensive online health check report, which highlighted the areas that we needed to focus on. This was invaluable to us, having someone to give us that direction.
What’s the best tip you’ve picked up from attending Digital Drive workshops that you’d like to pass on to others?
We have been given a lot of information about the funding available to us and the benefits we can access.
What’s next for your business over the coming year?
We have several more work academies lined up and a new set of customer service learners.
