How did you react when Facebook went down?

We may not know the reason why Facebook was offline, but we do have the responsibility of making sure our small businesses are resilient enough to survive if Facebook were to disappear altogether (we'd need to write some new training courses fast!).

Any content we have online is reliant on that channel and is no longer owned by us. If one social platform goes down what else do we have to get our messages out there? Are you reliant on only one other business to market your business or do you have a variety of channels for your marketing? We all need a robust marketing strategy.
